House measuring approximately 4,200 metros square metres, with a greenhouse measuring 1,000 square metres ensconced in a valley surrounded by orange orchards.
Tradition in a new building
Despite many who, upon entering this country house for the first time, believe it to be a centuries-old building, the truth is that it is practically brand-new, as the ruins upon which it rests could hardly be salvaged. But this in no way hindered the new structure from sharing the same essence which inspired the Mallorcan nobles when they built their old manor houses, Possessions.
Antonio Obrador, a great connoisseur of traditional architecture, reproduced the traditional construction techniques and elements to create a timeless place, infusing this new building with the feeling of agelessness, something quite difficult to achieve.
